Those of you that have been coming to the outdoor classes will know that I’ve been trying to figure out how best to move forward with the studio as the weather starts to cool down and we enter the winter months. I finally have come up with a solution that works for both you and myself, so read on to find out what the structure of the classes will be starting in September…
As of September classes will be held in the Studio! Monday classes have always been the busiest so I will be holding two classes on Monday night, as well as the one class on Thursday night. There will be a max no. of 6 people in each class instead of the usual 8-10 people so that we can remain socially distanced in the studio.
Classes will also now be 75 minutes instead of 60 minutes long. For a while I have been wanting to incorporate more deep relaxation/meditation/breathing into the classes however fitting it all into just an hour is difficult, so by extending the class length I can offer a more all-encompassing yoga class for you to benefit from and to learn more about the tradition of yoga.
As a result of the reduced class size and longer class length, the class price will slightly increase to £10. This increase ensures that the studio can stay viable as a business, and also these changes will create a better experience for you as students as you will have more individual attention, guidance and time to practice.
Class packs will still be available to purchase but will now be priced at £85 for a pack of 10 classes (to be used within 12 weeks). If you are still working your way through a class pack already purchased, you will be able to finish that pack at no extra cost.
To fit two classes in on Monday the new class times will now be 6 – 7.15pm, and 7.45 – 9pm. Thursday’s class time will stay at 6.30pm and will finish at 7.45pm. These new classes will come into effect from the first week of September and the first few classes are available to book now, and once August ends the rest of the sessions will be available to book.
If you are booking a September class please select the “New Class” price option of £10 rather than the online class price of £7.50. Again, once August ends the online class price option will disappear as there will no longer be any classes via Zoom, they will all be live (yay!).
